A summer staple, these guys stave off the heat and thirst in one fell swoop. We love them and this is the first thing I make when we get a watermelon home from the market.
Watermelon Popsicles
Puree watermelon in your blender, pour into popsicle molds and freeze. You can add a couple of tablespoons of honey or your favorite sweetener to the blender if your watermelon needs some sweet help.
